French League Cup

ACID SPORT is proud to be a consultant of Canal+ Events, the worldwide right holder of the French Football League Cup for the 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12 seasons, for the sales of the TV rights and simulcast new media rights in selected Central and Eastern European countries.

The French League Cup involves France's 45 professional football clubs and guarantees some great crunches starring all the best players.
The winner qualifies for the Europa League.
The unique intensity of a Cup provides goal lovers with a spectacular average of 2,9 goals per game during last season's 44 matches!
The competition always brings exciting matches, the last three League Cup Winner being Olympique de Marseille (2010), FC Girondins de Bordeaux (2009) and Paris Saint-Germain (2008).

All games are played on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except the Final which is on a Saturday.
Every season we guarantee a minimum of 11 matches produced and available on satellite, including the final in High Definition.

For the 2010/11 season the schedule is as follows:

Round of 32:
September 21st & 22nd 2010
At least 2 matches available on multilateral distribution basis

Round of 16:
October 26th & 27th 2010
At least 3 matches available on multilateral distribution basis

Quarter Finals:
November 8th & 9th 2010
At least 3 matches available on multilateral distribution basis

Semi-Finals:
Jnauary 18th & 19th 2011
2 matches available on multilateral distribution basis

Final:
Saturday, April 23rd 2011
The peak of the season played at the Stade de France, produced in High Definition, available on multilateral distribution basis.
